The 3rd FACETS-ITN student conference Neuro-Inspired Data Processing for Imaging and Medical Applications with talks showing the highlights from 16 of the Ph.D. thesis done in the FACETS-ITN network and talks by three invited speakers will take place

The conference has been planned and organized by the FACETS-ITN Ph.D. students.

How to get from the airport Arlanda to the meeting place[]

A google map summarizes the meeting places (hotel, meeting room, lunch restaurant).

Taxi[]

To be on the safe side, avoid all taxi companies except: Taxi Stockholm (usually black cars, logo), Taxi Kurir (dark blue cars, logo), Taxi 020 (yellow cars, logo) and Airport Cab (grey cars, logo). There will be plenty of those available at the airport. It is the easiest way to go from the airport to the hotel. It will cost around 500 SEK (55 Euro), and it is a fixed price, so you can ask and confirm that with the driver already at the airport. The ride takes around 25-30 min.

Coaches + subway[]

they run every 15 min and the journey takes around 45 min to T-Centralen, Stockholm central station. One way ticket is 100 SEK.

2 companies: Flygbussarna and Swedbus, no difference, they go to the exact same place, same price. Once at T-Centralen, you ll have to take the subway (Tunnelbana). You can find one at the lowest level of the central station. You will need two tickets (kupong) for one trip, 36 SEK. Take the red line towards "Mörby Centrum" and get out at the third stop: "Tekniska Högskolan". There are several exits at each station, to go to the hotel: Exit the station via the escalators at the front end of the train. Then on the right after the escalators: the hotel is 100m straight ahead.

Arlanda Express + subway[]

Fast direct trains between Arlanda airport and T-Centralen, Stockholm central station. They run every 15-20 min, journey of 20min. 240 SEK one way, or 120 SEK if you have a student card.
